Just so that dads do not feel left out, there is also a special day which is dedicated only to them. Every 3rd Sunday, each June, fathers around the world celebrate “Fathers Day”, and this means a little extra attention and care.


1 Pizza base (300g)
300g pureed tomato
200g cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons fresh basil leaves
100g persciutto, thinly sliced
1 teaspoons Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
½ teaspoon oregano
100g mozzarella cheese

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Mix pureed tomato with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, oregano and spread a thin layer of this mixture on the pizza base.
  • 2 Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and then together with persciutto and mozzarella cheese, arrange over the tomato layer on the pizza base.
  • 3 Cook the pizza in heated oven, at 200 – 220 C, roughly 15 minutes.


In tomato puree you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.


Serve warm with basil leaves arranged over the pizza.
