This very simple fish rolls – ready in just 30 minutes are made from salmon fillets and sole, and are becoming a true delicacy. Steamed vegetables, as a side dish, can be served simply with a little Vegeta and some olive oil.


2 salmon fillets
4 sole fillets
1 tablespoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
Side Dish
300 g carrot
500 g green, round string beans
olive oil

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Salmon fillets should be cleaned – bones and skin removed. Make sure you end up with 4 fillets.
  • 2 Rub the salmon and sole fillets with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and a little pepper.
  • 3 Place the sole fillets over the salmon fillets, and make in to long rolls. Then steam them.
  • 4 Cook the vegetables, in mildly salted water, drain and arrange on a serving plate.


If you can not roll the fillets, you can simply arrange on top of the vegetables (sole fillet over salmon fillet).


Arrange the fish rolls over the vegetables, then add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
