Chop the meat in the food processor while still warm.


400 g chicken fillets, cubed
180 g butter
1 tablespoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
½ teaspoon Cajun pepper
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon powdered ginger
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  • 1 Cook the chicken in 30 g of butter.
  • 2 Sprinkle with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, Cajun pepper, garlic and stew continually adding small amounts of water, until the meat softens.
  • 3 Let the meat cool and then chop into a mince in the food processor. Combine with the remainder of the butter and stir through.
  • 4 Add in lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and parsley.


Serve the chicken spread on toast and accompanied with salad.
