To make the soup thicker, separate some beans and puree them. Then mix in to the soup.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
70 g bacon (meaty part), cut in cubes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1,3 – 1,5 L water
1 tablespoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon celery leaf, chopped
400 g brown beans, canned
2 tablespoons tomato concentrate
150 g pasta
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 6 Persons 30 min

  • 1 In hot oil cook the onion and bacon.
  • 2 Mix in garlic and cover with a few tablespoons of water.
  • 3 Add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, bay leaf, celery leaf and continue cooking, roughly 10 minutes.
  • 4 While this is cooking, boil some pasta.
  • 5 Cover the onion and bacon mixture with the rest of the water, and add in the beans, tomato concentrate and cooked pasta.
  • 6 Bring to boil and continue cooking for a few more minutes.

Serving

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
