250 g button mushrooms, chopped
100 g onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
40 g butter /or/ margarine
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sour cream
40 g mayonnaise
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 45 min

  • 1 Fry the onion to a golden colour in preheated oil.
  • 2 Add garlic, button mushrooms and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder.
  • 3 Cook untill all the liquid evaporates, and then let cool down.
  • 4 To the prepared mushrooms add tomato sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise and parsley.
  • 5 Season with pepper, stir well and add a pinch of salt.
  • 6 Chill the spread in the refrigerator.


Serve with bread, cucumbers, onion, or hard boiled eggs.
