If you wish you can leave the meat in the marinade for longer period of time, as long as it is in the fridge.

Ingredients

600 g pork fillets
2 tablespoon oil
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon sesame
2 pinches chilli powder
pepper
2 teaspoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 50 min

  • 1 Prepare the marinade using: garlic, sesame, chilli, pepper and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder. Add honey and vinegar.
  • 2 Place pork fillets in the prepared marinade and let stand for around 30 minutes.
  • 3 Remove from marinade and cook pork fillets in the oil, on low heat.

Serving

Serve with steamed vegetables.
