Ingredients

200 ml tomato sauce
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon Vegeta Delight vegetable stock powder
1 kg chicken filet, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Vegeta Chicken Seasoning
oil

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Combine tomato sauce with curry and Vegeta Delight vegetable stock. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
  • 2 Sprinkle Vegeta Chicken seasoning over the chicken strips.
  • 3 Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, until light golden in colour. Remove and let rest on a paper towel, to soak up the extra oil.

Serving

On a platter position a small bowl in the center, filled with the sauce. Arrange roasted bread, grissini and sautéed chicken sticks around the bowl.
