3 tablespoons lemon juice
30 g pine nuts
100 g cottage cheese
1 teaspoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
pepper

  • 1 To the avocado, add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • 2 In an electric blender, combine pine nuts, avocado and cottage cheese, then chop finely.
  • 3 Add the remainder of lemon juice, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper.
  • 4 Mix well and chill the spread in the fridge.
