Leaving the chicken in some milk will make the meat very tender and tasty.


1 kg chicken pieces (drumstick, thigh and breast pieces)
300-400 ml milk
70 g flour

50-100 ml oil

  • 1 Place chicken in a deeper pan. Pour in the milk and let stand for an hour.
  • 2 When removing the chicken from the milk, pat dry with paper towel.
  • 3 Combine Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder with flour and coat the chicken with the mixture.
  • 4 Cook in hot oil, ensuring that the pieces are cooked, all sides equally.
  • 5 Place in the preheated oven and cook for 35-40 minutes at 180-200°C.


Serve with rice or any other side dish.
