There are many variations of a Greek salad, and when you try this recipe you won’t be be disappointed. The salad is an excellent supplement to a meal, but also as a light meal during hot summer days.


500 g tomatoes
250 g cucumbers
150 g onions
300 g green paprika
50 g pitted black olives
200 g feta cheese
Salad Dressing:
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, clean onions and cut all into slices.
  • 2 Wash paprika and cut it into strips, dice feta cheese and cut olives in quarters.
  • 3 Mix in a bowl all of the vegetables and season with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with oregano and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and stir well.


Put salad dressing over salad just before serving.


You may serve this salad as a light small meal or as a side dish with fish and grilled meat.
