Vegetable Stew
High quality vegetables and rich stock are always in fashion. Various vegetables are appealing to the eye and more colours make the meal merrier and healthier.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 1 L | Vegeta Gourmet Liquid Stock |
| 100 g | carrots |
| 100 g | celery root |
| 1 | celery leaf |
| 200 g | green beans |
| 400 g | curly cabbage |
| 200 g | cauliflower |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 2-3 teaspoons | corn flour |
Preparation
- Pour Vegeta Gourmet Liquid Stock in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Add carrot (cut in rings), diced celery root, celery leaf and green beans. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add curly cabbage, cut in strips, cauliflower, olive oil and continue cooking further 10 minutes.
- Finally stir in corn flour, (previously mixed with 50 ml of water) and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serving
Serve warm sprinkled with almond leaves or grated mozzarella.
Tip
In preparation you can also use peas or even asparagus or artichokes.
