A classic pork filet has a competition in gourmet excursions to chocolate, Dalmatian smoked bacon, wine and dry plums and, in this case, marinade of honey, pepper, chilli and sesame. And this is only the begining…
- Prepare the marinade using: garlic, sesame, chilli, pepper and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder. Add honey and vinegar.
- Place pork fillets in the prepared marinade and let stand for around 30 minutes.
- Remove from marinade and cook pork fillets in the oil, on low heat.
Serve with steamed vegetables.
If you wish you can leave the meat in the marinade for longer period of time, as long as it is in the fridge.
