Oven baked chicken

Today many traits and secrets of the kitchen have been uncovered. Only those uninformed may think that cooking secrets can be hidden. This recipe demonstrates how some milk and flour can bring a simple chicken recipe to a phenomenal meal! We are happy to share this idea with you!

Ingredients

1 kg chicken pieces (drumstick, thigh and breast pieces)
300-400 ml milk
70 g flour
1 tablespoon Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder
50-100 ml oil

Preparation

  1. Place chicken in a deeper pan. Pour in the milk and let stand for an hour.
  2. When removing the chicken from the milk, pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Combine Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder with flour and coat the chicken with the mixture.
  4. Cook in hot oil, ensuring that the pieces are cooked, all sides equally.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 35-40 minutes at 180-200°C.

Serving

Serve with rice or any other side dish.

Tip

Leaving the chicken in some milk will make the meat very tender and tasty.
