Meat and Cheese Patties
Minced meat dishes are always welcome in any cooking repertoire.
Here is a different idea by using cottage cheese, Vegeta Beef Stock Powder and a few other special ingredients.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 500 g | minced meat (mixture of veal and pork) |
| 200 g | cottage cheese, drained |
| 1 tablespoon | parsley, chopped |
| 1 | garlic cloves, crushed |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta Beef Stock Powder |
| 1 tablespoon | bread crumbs |
| Oil |
Preparation
- Place minced meat in a bowl or a porcelain dish. Add Vegeta Beef Stock Powder, egg, garlic, parsley and cottage cheese. Mix well and let stand for about half an hour.
- From the prepared mixture, form meat patties, and then roll each patty in some bread crumbs.
- Cook meat patties in hot oil. Each side will take roughly 7-8 minutes.
Serving
Serve with steamed vegetables.
Tip
Cottage cheese needs to be well drained before it is mixed with the meat.
