Fish from the oven
Simple but effective fish recipe with vegetables baked in oven. This combination is of supreme taste and a source of health and beauty.

Ingredients

| 1 | fish (bream, 0.5 kg) |
| 40 g | onion, chopped finely |
| 2 cloves | garlic, crushed |
| 2 tsp | Vegeta Delight stock powder |
| 100 ml | olive oil |
| 1 | red hot pepper, chopped finely |
| 100 g | onion, cut into rings |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 200 g | potato, cut into small cubes |
| 100 g | celery, cut into small cubes |
| 1 | lemon, sliced |
| 200 ml | water |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- In a bowl combine onion, garlic, Vegeta Delight stock, olive oil, hot pepper and mix well.
- Clean and scale the fish then wash thoroughly and tap dry using paper towel. Fill the fish with the some of the dressing. Spread the rest of the dressing on the oven proof dish and place the fish over.
- In a pan heat up olive oil and fry the onion rings.
- Arrange the potato, celery and fried onion rings around the fish. Decorate with the lemon slices and add water. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Serving
This dish is best served hot.
Tip
Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces so it can cook quicker.
