Broccoli with pasta shells
Choosing this recipe provides quick and easy preparation, and a delicious, yet healthy idea. The sauce can be prepared while the pasta is cooking, then when all is combined and simmered, the flavours mix and create perfect combination of flavour. Delicious!

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 350 g | shell pasta |
| 200 g | broccoli or cauliflower, cut in smaller pieces |
| 50 ml | olive oil |
| 1 | chilli, chopped |
| 2 | garlic cloves, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder |
Preparation
- Place the pasta in boiling, salted water and leave to cook.
- Roughly 10 minutes later add in the broccoli (or cauliflower). Allow to cook approximately 3 minutes and then drain.
- While this is cooking, place the chilli, garlic and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder in a small amount of hot oil. Stir and add in the pasta and broccoli.
- Leave in hot oil for a few minutes, stir and serve.
Serving
Just prior to serving sprinkle a few drops of olive oil.
Tip
Pasta can also be sprinkled with grated cheese. Another idea is to add broccoli leaf or two.
