Bean Salad
For those who like beans, here is a recipe which is ready in just minutes, great tasting and perfect for many occasions.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 2 | onions, sliced in smaller strips |
| 2 | large cans of mixed beans – 750g |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder |
| 1 teaspoon | oil |
| 1 | cup of vinegar (can also mix with water) |
Preparation
- Wash and drain the beans.
- In a large bowl mix onion, salt, pepper, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and vinegar.
- Combine with beans and let stand for about 30 minutes prior to serving.
- In a bean salad you can also add fresh red, yellow or green paprika, cut in strips.
Serving
Serve as a side dish with meat, fish or any other main meal.
Tip
Capsicum and paprika added to the salad, adds a little colour – perfect for presentation.
