Rice with caviar

This recipe allows you to use basic culinary knowledge to create delicious and exotic meal in just 30 minutes. In this recipe there is definitely no shortage of artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, rice spices or caviar. So why not try it!

Ingredients

250 g rice
salt
50 ml oil
3 garlic cloves, cut in quarters
2 teaspoons Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
100 g sun dried tomatoes
80 g green olives, pit free
3 - 4 artichokes, canned
1 teaspoon Cajun pepper
3 - 4 tablespoons lemon juice
50 g caviar
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. In the mildly salted water, boil the rice. When it is cooked, if the water has not evaporated, drain excess.
  2. In hot oil cook the garlic, add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and remove from the heat.
  3. Cool the oil and drain (– keeping it for later use).
  4. Add sun dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and Cajun pepper to the cooked rice, and cover with the cooled oil and lemon juice.

Serving

Mix softly but properly, and then cover the top layer of rice with caviar and sprinkle with some parsley.

Tip

Another serving idea is to use a lettuce leaf filled with rice and spread caviar over the top.
