Pork fillet with Honey

Ingredients

| 600 g | pork fillets |
| 2 tablespoon | oil |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 tablespoon | sesame |
| 2 pinches | chilli powder |
| pepper | |
| 2 teaspoon | Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder |
| 2 tablespoons | honey |
| 2 tablespoons | vinegar |
Preparation
- Prepare the marinade using: garlic, sesame, chilli, pepper and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder. Add honey and vinegar.
- Place pork fillets in the prepared marinade and let stand for around 30 minutes.
- Remove from marinade and cook pork fillets in the oil, on low heat.
Serving
Serve with steamed vegetables.
Tip
If you wish you can leave the meat in the marinade for longer period of time, as long as it is in the fridge.
