Fish Rolls
This very simple fish rolls – ready in just 30 minutes are made from salmon fillets and sole, and are becoming a true delicacy. Steamed vegetables, as a side dish, can be served simply with a little Vegeta and some olive oil.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 2 | salmon fillets |
| 4 | sole fillets |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder |

| 300 g | carrot |
| 500 g | green, round string beans |

Preparation
- Salmon fillets should be cleaned – bones and skin removed. Make sure you end up with 4 fillets.
- Rub the salmon and sole fillets with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and a little pepper.
- Place the sole fillets over the salmon fillets, and make in to long rolls. Then steam them.
- Cook the vegetables, in mildly salted water, drain and arrange on a serving plate.
Serving
Arrange the fish rolls over the vegetables, then add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
