Cheese spread with Avocado

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 1 | avocado, peeled, cut in cubes |
| 3 tablespoons | lemon juice |
| 30 g | pine nuts |
| 100 g | cottage cheese |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder |
| pepper |
Preparation
- To the avocado, add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
- In an electric blender, combine pine nuts, avocado and cottage cheese, then chop finely.
- Add the remainder of lemon juice, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper.
- Mix well and chill the spread in the fridge.
Serving
You can serve with toasted bread.
Tip
To spice up the taste, add in some olive oil and diced chilli.
